Chicago WNBA All-Star Weekend transportation involves three major venues and several different schedules. The 2026 celebration runs Thursday, July 23, through Saturday, July 25. Fans may visit WNBA Live at McCormick Place, Friday competitions at Wintrust Arena, and Saturday’s All-Star Game at United Center.

These venues do not share one entrance or one traffic pattern. A private vehicle can connect the airport, hotel, fan festival, arena events, dinner, and final return. The reservation should list every address and event time instead of referring only to “All-Star Weekend.”

Know the three primary Chicago venues

WNBA Live presented by AWS takes place at McCormick Place Lakeside Center. The official hours are Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Friday night 3-Point Contest and Shooting Stars competition begin at 7 p.m. at Wintrust Arena. The arena is part of the McCormick Square campus, but it has its own event entrance and loading considerations.

The 2026 All-Star Game begins Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at United Center, 1901 W. Madison Street. United Center is west of downtown and is not beside McCormick Place. Treat Saturday’s transfer as a separate trip.

Create one itinerary for the entire weekend

Start with the ticketed event time. Then add security, walking, traffic, and the time required to load the group. Include the full venue name and address on each reservation.

A useful itinerary may include a Thursday airport arrival and WNBA Live visit, Friday fan festival and Wintrust Arena competition, and Saturday McCormick Place activities followed by United Center. Add meals or receptions as separate stops.

Appoint one transportation coordinator. That person should hold the passenger list, tickets, hotel entrances, vehicle assignments, and chauffeur contact process.

Arrange O’Hare or Midway airport pickup

Fans may arrive through O’Hare or Midway. O’Hare offers a broader mix of domestic and international flights. Midway is closer to central Chicago by distance, but the best choice depends on airfare and schedule.

Provide the airline, flight number, passenger phone, and luggage count. International travelers at O’Hare need additional time for immigration, baggage, and customs.

Book airport transportation separately from the first event transfer. Take luggage to the hotel before heading to McCormick Place or an arena. Review Chicago airport limousine service when planning the arrival.

Coordinate McCormick Place and Wintrust Arena

McCormick Place is a large convention campus. WNBA Live is in the Lakeside Center, which may also be called the East Building. Include both names in the itinerary to help first-time visitors.

Wintrust Arena stands within the broader McCormick Square area. The short geographic distance does not eliminate event crowds, security, or walking time. Confirm the ticket entrance before leaving WNBA Live.

Friday’s fan-festival hours end at the same time the arena competitions begin. Do not assume a guest can remain at WNBA Live until 7 p.m. and also be seated at Wintrust Arena at 7 p.m. Leave a practical transfer and entry buffer.

Plan the Saturday transfer to United Center

Saturday WNBA Live runs until 7 p.m., while the All-Star Game starts at 7:30 p.m. These published times overlap too closely for a last-minute departure from McCormick Place.

Choose the WNBA Live departure time before the day begins. Allow for loading, Chicago traffic, United Center security, and walking to the seats. Guests attending both events should not plan to stay at McCormick Place until closing.

Group transportation between WNBA All-Star Weekend Chicago venues
One coordinated vehicle can connect McCormick Place, Wintrust Arena, and United Center events.

United Center access changes as fans arrive. A chauffeur may use a designated loading area or another legal meeting location. Follow current venue and police instructions instead of asking the vehicle to wait in an active traffic lane.

Choose the right vehicle for fans or clients

A sedan works for one or two travelers with light luggage. A luxury SUV gives a small group additional passenger and cargo space. A chauffeured van can keep a corporate or hospitality group together.

Count passengers and bags before booking. Event-approved bags, personal luggage, jackets, and promotional materials all use cargo space. A vehicle’s maximum seat number does not guarantee room for every suitcase.

Compare the Limousine of Chicago fleet. Tell the reservation team whether the vehicle will carry airport luggage or only event-day belongings.

Give corporate hospitality groups one contact

All-Star Weekend can include sponsor meetings, client dinners, receptions, and community events. A company itinerary may involve more stops than the public schedule shows.

Use one lead passenger for each vehicle. Share restaurant and hotel addresses in writing. Similar venue names or several hotel entrances can cause avoidable delays.

For a multi-stop business schedule, include reasonable time between events. The chauffeur can coordinate the route, but cannot shorten security lines or an event that ends late.

Establish post-event pickup points

Do not use a vague instruction such as “meet outside the arena.” Select a named entrance, hotel loading zone, or legal intersection. Save the address and map pin on every phone.

Mobile service can slow when an arena empties. The group should know the pickup plan before entering. Tell the chauffeur when every passenger is together and ready.

If the evening includes dinner after the game, place the restaurant’s complete address on the order. Chicago restaurants can have similar names or more than one location.

Reserve WNBA All-Star transportation

Limousine of Chicago can arrange airport pickups, hotel transfers, private SUVs, and group vehicles for July 23–25, 2026. Provide the passenger count, luggage, hotel entrance, ticketed events, venue addresses, and return plan.

Use the Chicago limousine quote form or review sporting event transportation. Reserve early if the same group needs coordinated service at all three venues.
